Together with our strategic partners, we have serviced a number of clients in Africa on an EPCF funding model. Some of the projects that have been funded through our engagements include, the Ariadne Venus Project in Howick for EPG for ESKOM, as well as the assembling of transmission towers at the new Medupi Power Station for ESKOM in South Africa, an 8 million litres of liquid fuels per day from coal in Lisulu, Hwangwe in Zimbabwe which is a $ 5.2 billion project intended to turn coal in to liquid fuel.

A one thousand four hundred (1400) units low-cost housing project in Nairobi Kenya worth about $100 million which is being done under a joint venture with a private developer. A 500 bed, $100 million hospital project in one of the Counties in Kenya that will be run on a concession agreement basis.
