Ms. Xoliswa Carrol Lukhalo is a Turnaround Strategist by Profession. Her background and experience includes providing pragmatic solutions in achieving organizational strategies, building capacity, policy development, redefining governance structures, building coalition to support business growth and implementing and managing change to drive organizational performance. She has also been involved in Health System Strengthening projects, capacity building in Education, Training and Development, process re-engineering and skills development. Ms. Lukhalo has worked with a network of strategic partners globally, including but not limited to governments, regulatory bodies, corporates & funders such as The Atlantic Philanthropies, PEPFAR (the US President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief), Discovery, Anglo American, De Beers Chairmans’ Fund, among others.

Ms. Lukhalo has managed multiple programs and worked on various projects with an wide range of strategic partners in the African Continent, including but not limited to South Africa, Kenya, DRC, Lesotho, Swaziland, Angola, Ghana, Tanzania, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, India, Australia, USA, UK, Mauritius, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Zambia, Zimbabwe, with direct reports, a team of consultants based in South Africa, Swaziland, Lesotho, UK and USA.

Mr Gregory Otieno is an accomplished and multifaceted procurement and supply management spanning over 18+ years of rich experience in delivering optimal results and business value in environments that demand cross Functional leadership, convincing and influencing a diverse number of people from different disciplines and nationalities, and with exceptional strategic and operational planning in global, regional and national roles.Mr Otieno has hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain management activities, which include but not limited to, strategic sourcing, quality control, administration, logistics, supplier development, sustainability and Black Economic Empowerment from diverse industrial sectors including, research services, construction engineering, FMCG, motor vehicle manufacturing, banking and finance, healthcare, public sector/higher education, and international development/emergency services. A wealth of expertise in project optimization and modernization. Ability to defining competitive global strategies for procurement and supply management, defining developing and implementing procurement policies and governance systems to enable the attainment of efficiencies and the management of associated risks. Expertise spans enhanced value creation, innovation, productivity, and supply security.

Mr Otieno’s academic credentials include two Masters degrees. Masters of science in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the University of Glamorgan in the UK, and a Masters of Business administration from Regenesys Business School in South Africa.
