Ms. Xoliswa Carrol Lukhalo is a Turnaround Strategist by Profession. Her background and experience includes providing pragmatic solutions in achieving organizational strategies, building capacity, policy development, redefining governance structures, building coalition to support business growth and implementing and managing change to drive organizational performance. She has also been involved in Health System Strengthening projects, capacity building in Education, Training and Development, process re-engineering and skills development. Ms. Lukhalo has worked with a network of strategic partners globally, including but not limited to governments, regulatory bodies, corporates & funders such as The Atlantic Philanthropies, PEPFAR (the US President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief), Discovery, Anglo American, De Beers Chairmans’ Fund, among others.
Ms. Lukhalo has managed multiple programs and worked on various projects with an wide range of strategic partners in the African Continent, including but not limited to South Africa, Kenya, DRC, Lesotho, Swaziland, Angola, Ghana, Tanzania, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, India, Australia, USA, UK, Mauritius, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Zambia, Zimbabwe, with direct reports, a team of consultants based in South Africa, Swaziland, Lesotho, UK and USA.
